Warranty policy
- Saite Technology Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Saite Tech VN JSC) applies a one-to-one warranty policy due to manufacturing defects for all types of batteries manufactured by SAITE
- Warranty period depends on each model product, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
CASES WITHOUT WARRANTY (VALVE REGULATED LEAD ACID - VRLA)
- Batteries not manufactured by SAITE, with signs of tampering
- Manufacturer’s warranty card is lost, erased or modified
- The used battery is too exhausted (with the voltage at the two terminals of the battery lower than the value of 9.6V / 12V bloc; 4.8V / 6V bloc; 1.6V / 2V bloc)
- Improper use / wrong application designed specifically for each specific battery product line
- Appearance is deformed due to overcharge current, overcharge voltage, over temperature (exceeding the allowable threshold)
- There are signs of battery repair
- Explosion, fire, natural disaster, etc. insects and natural wear and tear.
